Kenya Diaspora Engage (KDE) was founded with a clear purpose: to rebuild trust and strengthen ties between the Kenyan diaspora and the homeland. Our platform serves as a bridge, connecting the diaspora community with reliable business opportunities and authentic partnerships back in Kenya.
Established by a team of four friends with diverse backgrounds in IT, project management, construction, digital marketing, personal development, and social media management, KDE understands the challenges the diaspora community faces—particularly in finding trustworthy ventures in Kenya. Scams and unreliable partnerships have long been barriers, eroding confidence and creating distance. KDE is here to change that, providing a platform grounded in integrity, transparency, and mutual growth.
To foster a more connected and informed diaspora community, we’re launching our inaugural virtual conference, where participants can explore topics critical to today’s world, from climate change and sustainability to digital marketing, women-led enterprises, and investment in Kenya. This conference marks our commitment to serve as a reliable partner, not a competitor, to existing diaspora-focused platforms. KDE aims to complement these initiatives, broadening the scope and enhancing the quality of options available to the diaspora community.
